Bookkeeping service terms

LedgerFlow SI, operated by Cunningham Accounting, is a private internal tool for authorized bookkeeping assistance. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company, you represent that you are authorized to grant access on that company’s behalf.

The service is provided for internal business use. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing all reports and authorizing any accounting action.

You may disconnect the service at any time by emailing simeon@aibookkeepingexperts.com. We may suspend access to protect security or comply with law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and Cunningham Accounting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Receipt request messaging terms

Program status: Setup and registration are in progress. Automated receipt-request texting is not active until registration and operational testing are complete.

Program and sender: Heritage Ministries dba Homestead Fair operates an internal SMS/MMS program for consenting employees and authorized purchasers. Cunningham Accounting provides bookkeeping and technical assistance and hosts this program information. Messages request receipt photos and purchase descriptions, including business purpose and follow-up reminders for outstanding information. This is not a marketing, fundraising, or public subscription program.

Enrollment and consent

Enrollment is by affirmative written agreement provided to the organization’s program administrator. Participants provide their name and mobile number and acknowledge the consent statement below; the organization retains the acceptance and date. Visiting this website, submitting a general inquiry, or subscribing to email updates does not enroll anyone in text messaging. Consent is specific to this organization and this program.

By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS and MMS messages from Homestead Fair at the mobile number you provide, requesting information relevant to organizational purchases, including follow-up reminders and outstanding receipt requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Frequency, cost, and support

Message frequency varies with purchases, outstanding receipt requests, and participant replies. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan for applicable charges. There is no separate program subscription fee. For assistance, reply HELP or email simeon@aibookkeepingexperts.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Receipt safety and accuracy

Send only receipts and explanations relevant to organizational purchases. Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information. Mask unnecessary sensitive details in images. Receipt submission does not itself authorize an accounting entry.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the program changes. A materially different messaging purpose requires appropriate notice and renewed consent before use.
